SBI PO Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of three phases, and candidates need to clear each stage to secure their position as a Probationary Officer.

Phase 1: Preliminary Examination

The Preliminary Exam will be an online objective test for 100 marks, divided into three sections:

  • Candidates shortlisted after the Main Exam will undergo a Psychometric Test for personality assessment.
  • Interview: 30 Marks
  • Group Exercises: 20 Marks

The final selection will be based on candidates’ performance across all three phases.
